We offer a number of services in order to get our baked good into your hands:
Collection: You are more than welcome to collect from our St Georges location. This is the easiest and cheapest way to get our products to you. If you plan to collect, we will contact you on the day to let you know that your order is ready and you’re able to collect. Our address is: 2 Castle Mews, St. Georges, Telford, TF2 9GR
Delivery: We offer delivery to all Telford TF postcodes. These are generally delivered between 12pm – 6pm. We will not contact you prior to delivery so if you are unlikely to be in, or would like a more specific time, please get in touch before you order or leave a note when you order to arrange this with us. Though we cannot guarantee a delivery time, we will do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping: We are currently working on shipping further outside of Telford. This is an ongoing project and will be updating this shortly. Stay tuned.
We currently do not offer catering for events or weddings, however, you are more than welcome to order large amounts of cakes from us for collection/delivery as usual. If you have specific needs that you would like to go over with us, we are happy to have a conversation about this.
Cupcakes: We suggest that you keep your cupcakes in their box, in a room temperature environment for up to 3 days. Putting them in the fridge will dry them out. You are able to freeze them for up to a month but this will change the texture slightly. Please make sure to fully thaw cakes if you choose to freeze them.
Jars: Our jars can be kept in the fridge for up to a month. If you wish to make it last longer, you can freeze them for upto 3 months.
All our allergen information is listed below each product.
Please be aware that our products may contain, or may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish.
If you have an allergy, please make us aware by contacting us, before you order, as well as in the notes should you decide to order, so we can advise you.
While we strive to inform you as best as we can, we cannot guarantee any of our products are free from allergens.
We work exceptionally hard to keep a clean and safe environment, to make sure our cupcakes are safe for you. We are currently awaiting certification from Telford & Wrekin Council for our food rating, which will be available here when it is completed.
While we strive to meet the requirements of all our customers, we are only able to accept payments through our website for the time being. We accept all major cards, including American Express. If you have any questions regarding payment information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
While we strive to make sure our products are perfect, and you enjoy your cupcakes, we do understand that from time to time, something can go wrong. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will do what we can to correct any issues.
